About the role
You'll be the engineer everyone goes to when the architecture call is hard. You'll move across engagements as needed, write the playbooks the rest of the team uses, and represent Primeline in front of CTOs.
What you'll do
- Own architecture review across active engagements
- Codify our engineering playbooks (multi-tenancy, observability, performance)
- Mentor and level senior engineers
- Engage with prospective clients on technical strategy
What you bring
- 8+ years building and operating production systems
- Has shipped a multi-tenant SaaS at meaningful scale
- Strong opinions, weakly held — and well written
- Track record of mentoring senior engineers
Bonus, not required
- Public talks, blog posts, or conference appearances
- Experience leading audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA)
