About the role
You'll partner with a tech lead and a product partner to design products that ship. You'll also help us evolve our shared design language.
What you'll do
- Own design across an engagement, from research to handoff
- Build and extend the design systems clients inherit
- Run usability sessions and synthesize what they mean for the roadmap
What you bring
- 5+ years designing software products
- Strong systems thinking — components, tokens, accessibility
- Comfortable shipping under tight constraints
Bonus, not required
- Some HTML/CSS fluency
- Motion / micro-interaction work in your portfolio
